Second breakfast: a large glass of warm water with lemon

Dinner: The juice of mango, kiwi and pineapple. In a blender, place 1 mango, kiwi and 4 1 small pineapple, after cleaning them. And of nettle tea.

Before going to bed: a cup of herbal tea.

Breakfast: a glass of warm water with lemon, a large cup of fruit salad (no bananas) with 2/3 cup plain yogurt and 1 tbsp unsweetened muesli. And also rather weak black tea or any herbal, and a glass of fruit or vegetable juice.
Lunch: Soup of water cress with a slice of wholemeal bread and a cup of herbal tea.
To prepare the soup of water cress you will need 1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 heads of water cress, ¾ cup plain yogurt, 1 liter of vegetable stock. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and saute the chopped onion. Add the chopped garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Then put the pan in the water cress and cook until until it becomes soft. Add the vegetable stock and cook for 10 more minutes. Then shift into a blender and chop. Serve hot, add yogurt.

Snack: apple or pear.
Dinner: pasta with zucchini, tomato, onion and yellow bell pepper and herbal tea.
