9. 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry leaves, cranberries 1stakanom pour boiling water, leave for half an hour, take ¼ cup 3-4 times a day before meals.

10. Take sitz bath with a decoction of St. John's wort, celandine, 2-3 drops of lavender, lemon or tea tree essential oil.
