German Diet - 7 weeks

This diet developed by German nutritionists specifically for fat people. During diet weight goes in the 18 kg. German diet - one of the longest diets. Moreover, it should be noted that this is a diet, but not the power supply system. Diet lasts 7 weeks. With each new week caloric food intake is reduced. The lowest number of calories from the seventh week. Alcohol in the German diet is excluded. Possible to drink only water - in any amount (carbonated and mineral water - is excluded.) Water will not aggravate hunger.
Items in the diet should be absolutely fresh!

Menu German diet for 7 weeks

Diet menu for the first week:

• Monday only drink water (nothing else) - up to 5 liters
• Tuesday-Thursday - diet is not observed, the usual diet.

Diet menu for the second week:

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday-Sunday - the diet is not observed, the usual diet.

Diet menu for the third week:

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday - 2 kg of apples, 2 liters of water
• Thursday-Sunday - diet is not observed, the usual diet.

Diet menu for the fourth week:

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday - 2 kg of apples, 2 liters of water
• Thursday - be sure to drink freshly squeezed (nekonservirovanny) either (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
• Friday-Sunday - the diet is not observed, the usual diet.

Diet menu for the fifth week:

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday - 2 kg of apples, 2 liters of water
• Thursday - to drink freshly squeezed either (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
• Friday be sure to drink one percent low-fat and no additives - (yogurt, fermented baked deleted) yogurt,
• Saturday-Sunday - the diet is not observed, the usual diet (not abused!).

Menu diet for six weeks:

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday - 2 kg of apples, 2 liters of water
• Thursday - to drink freshly squeezed either (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
• Friday drink one percent low-fat and no additives - (yogurt and fermented baked deleted) yogurt,
• Saturday until kilograms of cooked pineapple or courgette (unpreserved)
• Sunday - the diet is not observed, the usual diet. (Not abused!)

• Monday to drink only water (5 liters per day)
• Tuesday - 2 kg of grapefruit, 2 liters of water
• Wednesday - 2 kg of apples, 2 liters of water
• Thursday - to drink freshly squeezed either (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
• Friday drink one percent low-fat and no additives - (yogurt and fermented baked deleted) yogurt,
• Saturday until kilograms of cooked pineapple or courgette (unpreserved)
• Sunday you can only drink water (nothing else) - up to 5 liters.


Pros German diet:

Extra pounds do not come back! But it is only in the event that after the German diet you continue to comply with the correct diet. The effect of the diet lasts for many years.

Cons German diet:

Since diet is hard enough, it can be started only after consultation with your doctor! Dieting long, for the holidays on it impossible to lose weight. Do not forget - during the diet is contraindicated in alcohol, sometimes for so long just unacceptable, especially for men. During the diet for some time, we can use such drinks as tea and coffee, which also creates some difficulties because of the duration of the diet.
