Egg diet Maggi

  1. Thank you for the post! However, I suppose, too may eggs for a week. I'd rather go with Dr. Simeons diet, which I did a while ago and lost 9 kg. The best thing there is that they have support system, I did the diet with the support of Anat Stern, and really enjoyed the whole process.

Well, last week, I tried the 3 day military diet and lost around 7 pounds. It was very doable and the food selection was inexpensive. There was no fancy cooking involved and the meals were low carb. Most are veggies, fruits and lean meats. Although a lot of eggs are also included in the meal plans. I know that eggs are highly nutritious and packed with B vitamins and minerals.
