Ceylon diet

Very soft, but effective diet. Manner of several diet similar to that practiced by the inhabitants of many regions of India - during this diet you will eat vegetable and dairy products. Losing weight will be about 4 pounds a week if you will avoid in this fat and sweet.

Raw or dried fruit - 3-4 pieces per day.
