Diet Don Juan

The diet is designed to those men who believe that they have a small amount of excess weight, but lead an active lifestyle, as well as want to find harmony and improve the quality of sex life.
The term diet - 7 days.

Diet menu:

Breakfast: fresh (seasonal) fruit, mineral water without gas, green or herbal teas.

Lunch: cereal, boiled in water without the addition of butter and sugar, low-fat cottage cheese, green tea.

Lunch: salad of fresh vegetables with a little olive oil, fresh herbs, lemon juice as a filling, meat or fish - cooked by steaming or grilled, fruit, green tea.

Dinner: any fresh (seasonal) fruits.

At night: 250 ml buttermilk, yogurt or low-fat yogurt.
