Kefir diet

Cooking and eating meals with this diet does not add salt. It is recommended not to repeat more than once in 2-3 months. The diet is based on yogurt, drink a glass of necessary every 3-4 hours.


The first day. 1.5 liters of yogurt and 5 potatoes boiled or baked.

The second day. 1.5 liters and 100 grams of yogurt. Chicken breasts ..

The third day. 1.5 liters of yogurt and 100 grams of cooked lean meat

The fourth day. 1.5 liters of yogurt and 100 g boiled fish.

The fifth day. 1.5 liters of yogurt, fruits and vegetables (except bananas and grapes).

The sixth day. 1.5-2 liters of yogurt.

The seventh day. Mineral water without gas in unlimited quantities.
