Potato Diet

Action: weight loss
Result: 0.5 kg daily
You need: milk, potatoes, eggs

Breakfast: 200-250 g of milk (1.5% fat)

Lunch: a portion of mashed potatoes (about 300g)

Dinner: salad of potatoes (200-250 g), one boiled egg and salad dressing (vegetable or olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, vinegar)
The diet is well tolerated, but must also take a multivitamin.
