Apple-kefir detox diet

Second Supper: a glass (cup) of yogurt (300 ml).

The third day

Breakfast: one green apple, a glass (cup) of yogurt (300 ml).
Second breakfast: three baked apples with honey.
Lunch: Cottage cheese casserole with chopped apple (150 grams).
Snack: One green apple, a glass (cup) of yogurt (300 ml).
Dinner: three green apples.
Second Supper: a glass (cup) of yogurt (300 ml).
