The principles of the Indian diet:

Every day eat the following foods:
- Two or three fruits (fresh or dried meals, and before and after).
- Raw vegetables, seasoned sauce of yogurt, 20 percent cottage cheese, seaweed with soy.
- Boiled vegetables cooked in a pressure cooker (stored vitamins and minerals), at least for lunch or dinner. Do not forget the soups - hot or cold.
- A dish of cereal. Do not abuse the preparations of cereals (bread, rice, pasta).
- Three dairy product: semi-skimmed yogurt, natural yogurt, cottage cheese.
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, hazelnut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds).

Diet menu in the home:

Breakfast: juice from fresh fruits or vegetables, tea (with lemon or with milk but no sugar), grains with a cup of skim milk.

Lunch: cucumber salad with yogurt sauce and some sesame seeds, a plate of rice with lentils (three parts to one part rice lentils) and boiled carrots or semolina dish with beans and vegetables, or a portion of 20-percent cottage cheese and salad fruit.

Dinner: salad with sprouts, tomatoes and mushrooms + vegetable casserole with a slice of rustic bread, or two Poached eggs with spinach and a slice of toast, or soy steak with vegetable cutlet, natural yoghurt and stewed apples.
