Eastern diet

Eastern diet is designed for 10 days, eating 5 times a day on certain hours. Weight loss up to 4 kg.

8.00 - a cup of coffee or tea with sugar.
11.00 - egg, 8 pieces of fresh plums or prunes.
14.00 - 200 grams of cooked lean meat (or sausages) and 100 g of a side dish of cabbage or carrots (preferably fresh), an apple or an orange.
17.00 - 30 g of cheese, orange or apple.
20.00 - cup of yogurt or kefir.
