Diet for Teeth

Dental health depends on many factors, among which the most affected by a genetic predisposition, and daily care. And if the first thing affected is not possible, at the expense of proper hygiene care and a balanced diet, much can be corrected.

The outer protective covering of the tooth called the enamel. It consists of various mineral substances, a large proportion of them in calcium and fluoride. Percentages between minerals in tooth enamel may vary depending on the age, the image supply external care and other conditions.

Modern man is not always able to get the food all the useful and necessary for the maintenance of tooth minerals and vitamins. This is due mainly to an unbalanced diet and errors in oral care.

To ensure your teeth all the useful nutrients can be included in your diet different foods rich in calcium, magnesium, fluorine, phosphorus, iron and vitamins.

For example, calcium is found in all dairy products: milk, fermented baked milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cheese, etc. Calcium is also found in parsley, egg shell, and others. Calcium is the foundation of the teeth and it is required as a main construction material.

Fluoride is present in walnuts and red fish teeth and helps resist the aggressive environment in the oral cavity (acidic, alkaline).

Phosphorus is responsible for the stability of dental enamel and its uniform composition. It regulates the distribution of calcium in the body. Found in eggs, dairy products, fish and beef.

Magnesium helps the body in the absorption of calcium. Found in nuts, sunflower seeds, beans, milk, cereals (millet, buckwheat), bananas, dried fruits and many others.

Vitamins B6 and C support the gums and mucous membranes of the oral cavity. Found in various fruits and vegetables: citrus fruits, apples, pears, carrots, etc., as well as in nuts.

Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium. Can independently produced by the body from the sun. Found in fish, fish oil, chicken eggs, and other products.

It is important to constantly monitor the health of your teeth and gum health. It is recommended twice a year to visit the dentist every six months and make cleaning the teeth from plaque.

It is also necessary to choose carefully toothpaste and toothbrush, depending on the sensitivity of the tooth enamel and gums. Toothbrush every three months to be changed. Additionally it is recommended to use dental floss or wooden toothpick to gently clean the interdental spaces.

Estimated diet menu for the teeth for five days

First Day

Breakfast: two chicken eggs "in a bag", freshly brewed coffee with milk (300 ml), two grain toast with cheese slices (thinly sliced).
Lunch: salmon soup with broccoli (300 mL) vegetable salad with cabbage (200 grams) rye bread (two slices of medium).
Snack: a cup sour milk (300 ml), one large apple green.
Dinner: vegetable salad with boiled beans (250 grams), a plate of fresh fruit (200 grams).

Day Two

Breakfast: milk buckwheat (250 grams) fresh-brewed green tea (250 ml), one banana.
Lunch: chicken broth with chopped greens, eggs and half rye croutons (300 ml), bread and bran cereal (two medium slices).
Snack: a cup of yogurt (250 ml), 3 walnuts and hazelnuts 2.
Dinner: baked red fish with vegetables (zucchini, spinach, broccoli, carrots), a portion of 250 grams, fruit or herbal tea.

Day three

Breakfast: Cottage cheese pie with fresh apples and vanilla (250 grams) fresh-brewed green tea (250 ml).
Lunch: soup of lean beef with peas (300 ml), a salad of asparagus and green (200 grams), a bread toast.
Lunch: salad of kiwi, banana and peach (200 grams).
Dinner: steamed vegetables with grain sprouts (cauliflower, carrots, spinach), serving - 200 grams, fresh-brewed green tea (250 ml).

Day Four

Breakfast: milk porridge oats with dried fruit (250 grams) fresh-brewed green tea (250 ml).
Lunch: mushroom soup (300 ml), bread toast, a salad of celery, cabbage and green apple (150 grams).
Snack: a cup of drinking yoghurt (250 ml), one medium pear "variety Meeting."
Dinner: salad (200 grams), boiled fish (150 grams).

Day Five

Breakfast: omelet of three eggs 200 (g), freshly brewed green tea (250 ml).
Lunch: noodles milk (300 ml), the grain toast with cheese slices (thinly sliced).

Dinner: stuffed with lean beef (250 grams), the kiwi.
