Diet menu "Favorite"
Day 1 - drinking. Use only liquid food - milk, juice, yogurt, soup, tea, water, cocoa, and so on. Do not add sugar.
Day 2 - vegetable. Eat vegetables without the addition of any number of salts and oils. Pay special attention to the cabbage, which is a fat burner.
Day 3 - drinking.
Day 4 - fruity. Eat fruit in any quantity. Do not forget about citrus fruits, which are perfectly burn fat.
Day 5 - protein. Eat eggs, poultry without skin, fish, steamed or boiled, low-fat cottage cheese, and so on.
Day 6 - drinking.
Day 7 - exit from the diet. For breakfast, drink tea without sugar with two boiled eggs. Snack on any one fruit. For lunch, a cup of broth or eat a light soup with buckwheat. At lunch eat a piece of fruit. For dinner, prepare a salad of fresh vegetables, olive oil and lightly salted.
