Diet "10 products"

For a week you limit your diet only 10 products. Be creative, cook meals with the products on the list.

1) chicken breast,
2) eggs,
3) yogurt,
4) tomatoes,
5) cucumbers,
6) zucchini
7) cabbage or cauliflower,
8) eggplant,
9) fungi
10) apples.

Additionally, the list could include: onions (bulb per day), garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, honey (tsp. Daily), green tea, olive oil (Article l. Daily), brown bread (one slice a day. This diet can be followed for longer than a week, if used wisely suggested list of products. Losing weight in a week - up to 1.5 kg.
