up on milk and drink on the first day instead of eating 1 cup of milk

The seventh day

Lunch - salad of cabbage, celery and grated beets. Cold toast of bread with whole milk. Mashed ripe banana.
Dinner - nut cutlets (or soft-boiled egg), onions, zucchini, beets and carrots, steamed. Fresh fruit salad.
NOTE: Any vegetable is recommended in a given day, you can substitute any seasonal. All salads should savor olive oil, lemon juice, or both. Using vinegar is prohibited. Do not drink during the meal, as it is harmful to the digestive system. Drink at least half an hour before meals, and after an hour and a half after eating.
