Fasting carbohydrate days

Carb days: the introduction of carbohydrates that contain a large amount of fiber. For example:

apple days - 1,5 kg of apples (ideally - different varieties) are divided into 5 meals (every 2-3 hours);

cucumber days - 2 kg of cucumbers divided into 5 meals. Allowed a little salt;

The use of such fasting days is not well tolerated by the body, but has the effect of (among others) the greatest. There are contra-indications: acute gastritis, colitis, chronic gastritis or colitis in the acute stage.
