Diet for a flat tummy

If you want to make your stomach look the same when you're lying on your back and stand, then get ready mentally for a while to eat from hand to mouth. It is necessary that the stomach has shrunk and you quickly saturated at dinner. It is worth to be patient, but you will continue to gorge on half the usual portions, and even in the fed state your stomach will not be "bursting".

Eliminate salt from your diet and reduce the intake of foods from which the growing belly: white bread, biscuits, cakes. Try to eat regularly and have a bit of everything. Your diet should be enough oranges, lemon juice, watercress salad. Drink less coffee, but more water.

Breakfast (choose one of the options):

a) a glass of diet yogurt, one orange;
b) one boiled egg, two crispbread.

Lunch: 250 g chicken (without skin) or fish, a large portion of mixed salad.

Dinner: one steak, grilled, 75 g of cooked beans, one orange.

Lunch and dinner can be reversed.

Snacks (two each day), one chocolate bar, vegetable soup dish.

Diet does not promise you the "cubes" on the stomach (you will need to work hard on the simulator or in the gym), but after a couple of weeks you'll be able to fasten your seat belt on one hole already.
