The Japanese diet

The Japanese diet was developed by Japanese hospitals, and is considered one of the most effective: in compliance with all regulations, weight loss can be up to 8 pounds a week. The creators of the diet claim that during the diet is complete normalization of metabolism that allows you to keep lasting results over time, provided a balanced diet in the future.

During the diet must be followed suggested menus, not to be confused alternate days, drink at least 1.5 - 2 liters of water, do not use salt, alcohol, confectionery and pastry products.
Contraindicated its use for more than 14 days and more than once in 2-3 years.

Original Japanese diet includes daily consumption of 300-400 grams of rice, 150-240 grams of fruit, 250 grams of vegetables, beans 60 grams, 120 grams of fish, 100 grams of milk, one egg, 20 grams of sugar, as well as large amounts of coffee.

Day 1:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, salad of boiled cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil, tomato juice.
Dinner: fish fillet, baked or boiled.

Day 2:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea, bread.
Lunch: fish fillet, baked or boiled, salad vegetables.
Dinner: boiled beef - 100 grams, a cup of yogurt.

Day 3:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea, bread.
Lunch: a big zucchini, fried in vegetable oil.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled beef, salad of fresh cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Day 4:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea.
Lunch: 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 grams of hard cheese varieties, raw egg.
Dinner: fruit.

Day 5:
Breakfast: raw carrots, seasoned with lemon juice.
Lunch: fish fillet baked or boiled, standard tomato juice.
Dinner: fruit.

Day 6:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea.
Lunch: half a boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots with lemon dressing.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad of fresh carrots with vegetable oil.

Day 7:
Breakfast: tea.
Lunch: boiled beef - 200 grams, fruit.
Dinner: any of the proposed options 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 days.

Day 8:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea.
Lunch: half a boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots with lemon dressing.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad of fresh carrots with vegetable oil.

Day 9:
Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice.
Lunch: big fish, baked or boiled, tomato juice.
Dinner: fruit.

Day 10:
Breakfast: black coffee or green tea.
Lunch: 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 grams of hard cheese varieties, raw egg.
Dinner: fruit.

Day 11:
Breakfast: black coffee, bread.
Lunch: a big zucchini, fried in vegetable oil.
1 large zucchini fried in vegetable oil.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled beef, salad of fresh cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Day 12:
Breakfast: black coffee, bread
Lunch: fish, baked or boiled, vegetable salad with vegetable oil.
Dinner: boiled beef - 100 grams, a cup of yogurt.
