Bonn soup

A very effective fat-burning diet. It is not recommended to use it during the cold season, and more than twice a year. A diet designed for a maximum of five days, it is based on unlimited consumption of vegetable soup.

Ingredients for a basic element of the diet - soup: 700 grams of cabbage, two carrots, two small onions, 300 grams of celery, 500 grams of fresh tomatoes or 500 grams of tomato juice without preservatives, 300 grams of cauliflower or broccoli, half a spoon of olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley, cilantro taste and 2 liters of water.

Preparation: onions, carrots and celery cut into cubes, lightly fried in olive oil and then simmer on low heat. After 5-7 minutes add extinguish the remaining ingredients to the pan, cut them before that, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Put the mixture into the braised pot of boiling water, add peeled and diced tomatoes or juice, boil and let cook for another 3-5 minutes. Season with garlic and herbs.

Within five days of lunch should consist predominantly of this soup, and dinner - just out of this dish. Before lunch inclusive allowed the use of cooked lean meat, any fruit except bananas, low-fat cottage cheese, boiled chicken or quail eggs, boiled rice, green salad, tomatoes. This food should be consumed salted and extremely small portions. Alcohol is prohibited in the diet, but the consumption of green tea or sparkling water - recommended.

When you follow all of the recommendations in this weight loss diet can be up to five pounds per week.

  1. I tried this diet once, but I didn't really like the soup. It wasn't good and I did lose much weight. But after that I did dr Simeons diet with Anat Stern and lost 12 kilos, and I actually really liked the diet, so I recommend it to everyone.
